Monday – Matthew 11:1–11
John the Baptist, in prison, sends messengers to ask Jesus if He is truly the Messiah. Jesus confirms through His works that God’s kingdom is breaking in, and He honors John’s faithful ministry.
Tuesday – Isaiah 35:1–10
A vision of hope: the desert bursts into bloom, the weak are strengthened, and God leads His people on a holy, joyful path where sorrow and sighing flee away.
Wednesday – Romans 15:14–22
Paul encourages the church in their growing faith and explains his mission to share the gospel where Christ is not yet known, showing his passion for spreading God’s hope.
Thursday – Psalm 146:5–10
A reminder that true blessing comes from trusting God—who defends the oppressed, feeds the hungry, frees captives, and cares for those in need. The Lord reigns forever.
Friday – Luke 3:7–18
John the Baptist calls the crowds to sincere repentance, urging them to live out their faith through justice, generosity, and integrity as they prepare for the coming Messiah.
Saturday – John 1:29–50
John the Baptist declares Jesus as the Lamb of God. The first disciples begin to follow Jesus, recognizing Him as the Messiah, and they invite others to “come and see.”
